The LeDa Rucibigango Vanguard Organization was established to continue the impactful legacy of Bishop Rucibigango Leo and his wife, Daphrose. Affectionately known as Bishop and Mama Bishop, they generously supported numerous children with food, shelter, and affection. Their efforts began with children's home in Uganda and later expanded to include an orphanage in Rwanda. Treating these children as part of their own family, their own children embraced them with open arms.

Following Bishop Leo's passing in 2016, Daphrose carried on their noble work until she also peacefully ended her journey. The organization now dedicates itself to aiding underprivileged children by providing them with care, education, and inspiration, calling upon others to unite in preserving their invaluable mission.
